In this satire about managers and those who entertain them, office politics, power struggles, personality differences, and good old-fashioned arguments are used to expose the ulterior motives of those who organise conferences and those who have to endure them.

This witty and ironic play explores the world of executives who have been invited to a conference to be conducted by a psychologist. As the executives suspect that the psychologist has been ordered to assess their personalities rather than their performance, they meet to discuss tactics.
